In 2016, Dandy (formerly Orthly) set out on mission to bring patients the highest quality dental aligners for the same price as direct to consumer companies. Their hybrid model allows them to partner with dental offices for an initial evaluation, reducing the high error rate many companies that completely cut out a professional run into.
We worked with them when they first started out, and after raising a seed round of funding and expanding their partner network, the Dandy team reached out to us again. This time, their goal was to create a brand voice that stood out from all the recent direct to consumer brands that were popping up. In contrast to bright colors and forced friendliness.
